Adobe Flash Player 13 ActiveX is the Windows ActiveX edition of Flash Player, used primarily by Internet Explorer and other ActiveX-enabled applications to display legacy Flash content (SWF/FLV). Released around 2014, this version provided performance, compatibility, and security updates typical of the Flash 13 branch.
Important: Flash Player reached end of life on December 31, 2020, and Flash content was blocked from running on January 12, 2021.
